Domitila Rivera Rule Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2025, at the age of 89, Domitila Rivera Rule (San Antonio, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Rivera and Cresencia DeLeon. She is survived by: her siblings, Marie, Johnny, Jesse, Pete, Emma and Socorro; her husband Robert Rule; her son David Rule; her grandchildren, Lydia Sanchez, Tiffany Rule, Clark Ramirez, Fermin and John Martinez; her son-in-law Craig Newton; her children, Debbie Newton, Ramona Rule, Robert Rule Jr. (Joann), Domitila Rule (Domie), Clara Martinez (Fermin), Joseph Rule (Yvette) and Betty Hernandez (Art); her grandchildren, Tabby Darilek (Mike) and Nikki Perez; and her siblings, Jose Rivera-Brother (Wero) and Janie Serna-Sister (Juana). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and great-great-great grandchildren as well as other loving relatives.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alamo Funeral Chapels (624 N Alamo St, San Antonio, TX 78215). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 2:50 PM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 2:50 PM at the same location.
