He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Shipp, Sr. and Clara Stroud Shipp; and his sister Donna Shipp. He is survived by: his sister Debbie Perez (Rafael) of Perryton, Texas; his sibling's children, Misty Powell (Travis) of Dallas, Christy Shipp of Dallas, Jennifer Perez of Perryton, Texas, Oaty Don Scott of Pampa, Texas, Keegan and Ainsley; and his great-nephew Malik Haywood.
The family requests memorials be to one's favorite charity.
