He was predeceased by: his parents, Cynthia Medellin and Jose Medellin; and his son Richard Andrade III (Letty). He is survived by: his wife Nora Ontiveros; his children, Victoria Ontiveros (Jonathan), Brandon Ontiveros, Nina Andrade (Ralph), Xavier Andrade and Chris Andrade (Vanessa); and his brother Joseph Medellin. He is also survived by His family tree flourishes with 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels-South (3520 S Flores St, San Antonio, TX 78204). A rosary will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
