He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Milner; his stepchildren, Gwendalynne Sotelo (Nathan) and Alberto "Trey" Herrera; his granddaughter Avery Frances Sotelo; his siblings, Yvonne Milner and James Milner (April); his godfather David Polasek; and his godson Dalton Milner. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many close friends.
