He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bernard Hart and Katie Lee Hart. He is survived by: his wife Juana Maria Hart; his stepchildren, Diana Rodriguez (Jose Pablo), Lizette Gonzalez (Jesus) and Debbie Ann Dantlzer; his children, James Edward Hart, Tammy Valdez, Vicky Ensey and Joseph Hart; and his siblings, James Bernard Hart Jr., Seth D. Hart, Mildred Brown and Katie Ward. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
