She is survived by: her former husband Raymond L. Nuñez; her husband Moises P. Vara; her siblings, Amalia Cortinas Peralta, Guadalupe Cortinas Ortegon (Julian), Richard Gonzalez (Benita) and Armando Alderete (Alicia); her sister-in-law Severa Cortinas; her siblings' children, Fernando Gonzales (Shirley), Jimmy Nuñez, Roland Nuñez (Sarah), Rosemary Nuñez Arreola (John), Elizabeth Nuñez Quiñones (Benny) and Laura Ann Nuñez Carmona; and her grandchildren, Antoinette Nuñez, Raymond C. Nuñez III, Maricela Gonzales, Jessica Cardenas, Vanessa Garcia, Gabriel Cardenas, Joseph Nuñez (Brianna), Nate Nuñez, Daniel Nuñez, Jesse Nuñez, Paul A.
