She is survived by: her husband Antonio Tamayo; and her children, Nancy, Irma (David), Lucina (James), Minerva (Samuel), Manuel (Cindy), Arthur (Cynthia), Sergio (Maria) and Jorge (Imelda). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles and friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Castle Ridge Mortuary (8008 Military Dr W, San Antonio, TX 78227). A rosary will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. Viewing will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 11150 Macdona Lacoste Rd, Atascosa, TX 78002. A committal service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Mission Park South Cemetery (1700 SE Military Dr, San Antonio, TX 78214).
