Ellen Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2023, at the age of 73, Ellen Carter of San Antonio, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Edwin William Meier; her husband Norman Carter; and her mother Elvira Meier. She is survived by: her children, Julia Carter (Matt Crist) and Donald Carter; her grandchildren, Miles, Amelia, Kyra, Reba, Allison and Alyssa; and her sisters, Cynthia Duvall and Marcia Wallace.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Knippa Lutheran Church and/or the Dornbusch Scholarship Fund.
