She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Jennifer Smith) and Stephen (Amanda Smith); her grandchildren, Gillian, Max and Sydney Smith; her nephew Geremy Martin; and her siblings, Adelle Frazier and Sam Urick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
