It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florencio Lara (San Antonio, Texas), who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Felicitas Lara and Estevan Lara; and his brothers, Estevan Lara Jr. and Oscar Lara. He is survived by: his wife Elida Z. Lara; his children, Mona Lisa Magallanes (Francisco) and Ashley Swanson (Dean); his grandsons, Keith Everett Swanson and Ezra Day Swanson; his siblings, Ismael Lara, Rosa McMahon, Angelina Trevino, Ernesto Lara (Kristy) and Gloria Lara; and his sisters-in-law, Kyoung Lara and Kim Lara. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
