He is survived by: his wife Frieda; his children, Julie Willoughby (Eric) of New Plymouth and Angel Palacios (Amber) of Fort Stockton; his grandchildren, Cassie Barnett of San Antonio, Ashlie Abbott (Terry) of Decatur, Asher, Aric, Avalon and Aleese Palacios of Fort Stockton; his great grandchildren, Nathan Willoughby, Raymond, Rebekah, Elliott Barnett, Connor and Collin Abbott; his brothers, Donald (Wendy) of Alvarado and Bill (Debby) of Alvarado; and his sister-in-law Melodie Barnes of Mansfield.
