He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernestina Martinez and Roque Martinez; and his siblings, Alice Olvera and Ben Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Caballero Martinez; his children, Javier Martinez and Monica Martinez; his granddaughters, Lucia and Luna Martinez; and his siblings, Gilbert Martinez and Grace De. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mission Park Funeral Chapels (3401 Cherry Ridge Dr, San Antonio, TX 78230). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Matthew Catholic Church (10703 Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78230).
