He was predeceased by: his father Houston Andrews Sr.; and his siblings, Wesley Hogan, Rodney Hogan and Linda Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Corley-Andrews; his mother Orelia Andrews; and his siblings-in-law, Gilbert Vega (Linda) and Shirley Norris. He is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
A burial was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
