He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Henry Hernandez and Maria Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Karen K. Hernandez; his children, Alexandra Klare Hernandez, Matthew Alexander Hernandez and Jacob Harrison Hernandez; his siblings, Velma Rendon, Gina Swift (Wade) and Nick Hernandez (Christine); Jay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
