He is survived by: his wife Cheryl of San Antonio; his daughter Caroline Smarinsky (Brent); his grandchildren, Blair and Connor of Dallas; his son Jack Wolters (Alexa); his grandson Rowan of Dallas; and his sister Beth Hecimovich (Paul).
