He is survived by: his wife Annette Kolodziej; his siblings, Mary Beth Owens (Mickey) and Larry (Mavis); his daughters, Melissa Bloom and Stephanie Stears; his grandchildren, Ethan and Caroline Bloom; and his stepsons, Dustin Franckowiak (Katie) and Cody Franckowiak.
