Garner of San Antonio, Texas, born in Abilene, Texas, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Arlie Garner and Melba Larue Garner; his brother James A. Garner; his sister-in-law Sue Garner; and his son Gaines A. Garner.
He is survived by: his wife Gaye Garner; and his sons, Ron Reger, James Garner and Russell Reger. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, cousins, and a wide circle of friends.
