He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Griego and Gertrude Marin Griego; and his siblings, Martin Griego Jr., Joe Griego, Isidro Griego, Guadalupe Griego and Joe A. Griego.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Teresa Griego; his sons, Gabriel Griego and Herminio Griego (Michelle Herrera); and his siblings, Natalia Guerrero (Pedro), Antonio Griego (Oralia), Raymundo Griego (Carmen), Olga Cantu (Raymond) and Janie Griego.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brookehill Funeral Home (711 SE Military Dr, San Antonio, TX 78214). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (4401 S Flores St, San Antonio, TX 78214). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at the San Jose Burial Park (8235 Mission Rd, San Antonio, TX 78214).
