He was predeceased by: his father Jan Anker Karlsen. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Foss Karlsen; his wife Rachel Limon; and his siblings, Rune (Elizabeth), Frank, Roger, Roy (Teresa) and Silje (Gunnar). He is also survived by his family, friends.
