He was predeceased by: his parents, Estanislado Garcia and Josefina Gill; his siblings, Stanley Gil Garcia, Jr., Juan Gil Garcia, Rosa Garcia, Gloria Mata, Lupe Garcia and Connie Garcia; and his son Manuel Gonzales.
He is survived by: his wife Florinda Gonzales; and his children, Ernest Gonzales, Raymond Gonzales, Joe R. Garcia, Paula G. Rodriguez, Maria Recinos, Libby Garcia, Blanca Martinez and Nikki Campos. He is also survived by 54 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Mission Park Funeral Chapels South (3401 Cherry Ridge Dr, San Antonio, TX 78230). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
