He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leobardo Ramos and Carmen Ramos; his wife Emma Diaz; his children, Boni Ramos (Mark Molina), Michael Ramos (Veronica Ramos), Rebecca Ramos-Fischer (David Fischer), Gregory Ramos, Jimmie Kay Ramos and Benita Lopez (William White); his grandchildren, Bryan Ramos, Alexander Ramos, Isabella Ramos, Mariabelen Martinez, Matthew Palenica, Chloe Ramos and Siprianita White; and his great grandchildren, Emma Lynn Ramos and Iean Ramos.
After retiring from that position, he worked as an Asset Manager for the San Antonio Housing Trust Foundation, for several more year, until 2015.
