She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Glade Crouse and Lorina May Banis Crouse; and her siblings, Clifford, Anna, John Robert, Marilyn and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Heather (Adam Keller), Sheila Delk, Meaghan (Juan Arroyo) and Roger Delk; and her sisters, Patricia, Arvilla and Daryce. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
