He is survived by : his wife Sue Hernandez; his sister Manuela Hernandez; his children, Macario Hernandez IV (Kathy), Marian Perkins (Herbert), Melinda Hernandez and Michael Hernandez (Gina); and his stepchildren, Patrick Taylor, Theresa Brissette (Wayne) and Timothy Taylor (Olana).
