She was predeceased by: her former husband Edwin B. Hall; her husband Edgar R. Phillips; her parents, Wiley Edward Mahan and Dora Adelia Mahan; and her children, Constance L. Mann, Kenneth R. Hall and Madeline Louise Mays.
She is survived by: her children, Jon B. Hall, Elizabeth L. Kaiser (Reuben Kaiser), Sharon D. Mutz (Gary C. Mutz), William L. Phillips (Maria Phillips) and Jimmie M. Phillips (Vera Phillips). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
