He was predeceased by: his daughter Octavia L. Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Hazel L. Kelley; his children, Jacquelyn D. Kelley, Althea L. Davis, Michele G. Kelley and George M. Kelley; his grandchildren, LaShanda R. Swancy, Alivea K. Davis and Kaleb M. Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Arrie R. Woodard and Zoey L. Swancy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (6142 Farm-To-Market Rd 78, San Antonio, TX 78244). A graveside service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
