She was predeceased by: her parents, Lydia Elizondo Oviedo and Rodolfo Arturo Oviedo; her husband Elton Jackson; and her brother-in-law Ryan Fletcher. She is survived by: her siblings, Ralph Oviedo, Theresa "Nina" Oviedo, Sonia Oviedo, Noemi Oviedo Wade and Art Oviedo; and her siblings' children, Noah Oviedo, Dominic Oviedo, Brodie Collins, Kit Collins, Randi Krawczyk and Nicolette Oviedo Jorgensen. She is also survived by her family, friends, and animals.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (4201 De Zavala Rd, San Antonio, TX 78249).
