She was predeceased by : her parents, Otto (Red) and Myrtle; her husband Elvis John Hagen; and her siblings, Otto, Ruth Adkins and Gladys Marie Burnett.

She is survived by : her nephew Brian Hagen (Connie) of Vincennes, IN.; and her close friend Ruth Zamora.
