With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otto Eugenio Gutierrez (San Antonio, Texas), born in Laredo, Texas, who passed away on May 20, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Oscar Gutierrez and Ofelia; and his brother Dr. Oscar Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Uvaldina; his children, Janina, Carmelina (John), Patricia (Chris), Allen and Orlando (Olivia); his brother Dr. Oziel Gutierrez; his grandchildren, Timmy, Bailey, Averie, Lexi, Xandi and Jaxon; and his godchildren, Lina, Sandra, Bridget, Christina, Elizabeth and Stefano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (8134 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78216). A rosary will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, you may arrange for a mass in his name at Holy Spirit Catholic Church or the church of your choosing.
