She was predeceased by : her parents, Cue Bilton and Texana Bilton; her husband Edward Joseph Price, Sr.; her son Nathaniel Smith; her siblings, Margaret Hornsberry, Hattie Chambers, Margie Braimer, Jasper, Ruby, Eddie Lee and Ralph Bilton; and her nephew Charles Braimer.

She is survived by : her children, Druedell Smith, Jr. (Velma), Lynn Cue Smith (Gailand), Donnie Price (Mary), Euwell Price (Sheila), Robert Earl Price, Duane Price, Rhonda Baker (Charles) and Sandra Price Wilson; her niece Zelma High (Carlton); her nephews, Steven Braimer, Jasper Bilton, Jr., Sammie Hornsberry and Stephen Bilton; and her sister-in-law Bertha Bilton. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
