She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Harden and Willie Mae Harden; her siblings, Willie Ruth Scott and Walter Knowles, Jr. (Phyllis); her daughters, Sable Armstrong (Willie) of Plano and Marisa Lowe (Michael) of San Antonio, Texas; her brother Leonard Harden; her grandson Michael I. Thompson; and her godchildren, Devin Graham and Phillip Doxie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.
