He is survived by: his parents, Anastacio Belmares and Maria Salinas; his children, Lyria Belmares (Alfredo Betancourt), Ramiro Belmares and Leslie Lynn Belmares; his grandchildren, Eliana Betancourt, Ariella Betancourt and Israel Betancourt; and his siblings, Bertha Belmares, Dora Trevino (Sam), Jesus Belmares (Janice), Rolando Belmares (Cynthia), Jorge Luis Belmares (Marisol) and Jose Belmares (Josie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mission Park Funeral Chapels South (1700 SE Military Dr, San Antonio, TX 78214). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
