He is survived by: his children, Gilbert Martinez, Roland Martinez, Richard Anthony Martinez (Marizu), Natalie Ann Martinez (James), Alejandro Enrique Martinez, Nancy Jo Tellez (Jesse), Jacqueline Noemi Martinez and Tanya Gerlach (David). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and leaves behind numerous family and friends.
