He was predeceased by: his parents, Herminia Robles Castillo and Jesus Castillo; and his daughter Anna Marie Castillo. He is survived by: his wife Isabel Ofelia Castillo; his daughters, Sylvia Ann Castillo (Rudy Castillo) and Norma Castillo Hodge (Richard Hodge); and his grandchildren, Celeste Nicole Castillo, Annette Marie Castillo and Shaun Phillip Hodge. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
