She was predeceased by: her husband Salvador Loa Jr.; her daughter Rose Gallegos; her parents, Martin Aguirre and Maria Aguirre; and her siblings, Guadalupe Aguirre, Elva Aguirre and Gonzalo Torres.
She is survived by: her children, Salvador Loa III and Janie Loa (Rick Garza); her siblings, Jose Luis Aguirre (Amada) and Josefina Martinez; her grandchildren, Lauren (Andrew), Alex (Chris), Jonathan (Kristel), Abby, Jacob, Justin, Amy and Josiah; and her great grandchildren, Izabelah, Aaron, Milah, Taylor, Katelynn, James and Evan.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels (3520 S Flores St, San Antonio, TX 78204). A rosary will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (907 W Theo Ave, San Antonio, TX 78225). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:30 PM to 11:00 AM at the San Fernando Cemetery (1735 Cupples Rd, San Antonio, TX 78226).
