She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro M. Flores and Micaela Felan Flores of San Antonio; her husband Arthur Garcia; her son Edward Garcia (Eddie); and her siblings, Valentino Flores, Kathleen Flores, Gloria Medellin, Anita Vasquez and Pete Flores Jr..
She is survived by: her son Richard Steven Garcia (Holly); her grandson Steven Garcia (Sarah); her sister Cecelia Zertuche (Manuel); and her granddaughters, Aubrey and Emily. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel (1119 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78215). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
