He was predeceased by: his parents, Basilio Rocha and Guadalupe Rocha; and his siblings, Adolph Rocha and Maria Inez Fernandez. He is survived by: his wife Ana Rocha of Virginia; his children, Bianca Rocha-Pena (Ramiro) and Ruben Rocha, Jr.; his grandson Caleb Pena; and his siblings, Lee, Basilio Rocha, Lonnie Rocha, Robert Rocha (Loretta), Joe Rocha (Norma), Guadalupe Rocha Gonzales (Ruben), Frank Rocha (Sonia), Luis Rocha, Mario Rocha (Lupe) and Raul Rocha. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family members and friends.
