He was predeceased by: his daughter Sonia Irizarry. He is survived by: his wife Altagracia Garcia; his daughter Elizabeth Gutierrez; his grandsons, Jonathan and Nicolas Flores; his great grandchild Aubrey Flores; and his siblings, Annette, Tammy, Susan and Sofio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel (1119 N St Mary's St, San Antonio, TX 78215). A rosary will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Leo the Great Catholic Church (4415 S Flores St, San Antonio, TX 78214). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery (1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, TX 78209).
