He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Reus and Lenora Halty Reus; his brothers, Malcolm and Rodney Reus; his daughter Tracey Reus Arredondo; his sister-in-law Anna Beth Eggen Wynne; and his niece Cindy Reus.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Lee Eggen of Hondo; his son Todd (Denise); his son-in-law Ruben; his grandchildren, Julian Arredondo (Karen), Riley Arredondo, Maci Gunderman, Aaden Reus and Addison Reus; his brother Robert (Rita); and his sister-in-law Sally Reus. He is also survived by two nieces, four nephews, three great nieces, and numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home (1016 Lorenzo St, Castroville, TX 78009). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
