She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard Scott and Daisy MacCain; her husband Dan Henry Carter; her children, Dan Scott Carter, Larry Carter (Emily), Tammy Carter, Cheryl Ann Carter (Irene) and Wendy Peters (Glen); and her daughter-in-law Betty Ruth Carter. She was also cherished by grandchildren and great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
