She is survived by: her husband Raymond Mikolajczyk; her daughters, Duran Cuellar (Pete), Nadine Cochran (Robert), Delisa Ramos (Robert) and Naomi Lugo; her grandchildren, Peter, Joshua, Courtney, Benjamin, Daniel, Johnathan, Isaiah, Jacob, Abigail, Trey and Emma; her great grandchildren, Evangeline (Eevee), Scarlet, Benjamin, Lynette, Evelyn, Raelyn and Leon; her siblings, Nancy Underwood and Thomas Smith; and her close friend Phyllis Cox.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Castle Hills Christian Church (6209 West Ave, San Antonio, TX 78213). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 115 Ranch Valley Dr, San Antonio, TX 78227.
