She is survived by: her husband Tommy Dean Blum; her parent Rosalinda Ramos of Falfurrias Tx; her sibling's children, Madelynne Welsh, Mason Wayne Lacewell and Maverick Dean Lacewell; her pets, Mocha and Samson; and also, Barbara Ann Blum and Thomas Dean Blum.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested monetary donations to St. Jude Cancer Research, The San Antonio Humane Society and her favorite Dog Non-Profit Diamond Dachshund Rescue of Texas.
