He was predeceased by : his parents, Geraldine Stone Fassnidge and Milton Marvin Fassnidge. He is survived by : his wife Joann Webster Fassnidge; his stepson Brian Webster; his daughters, Sarah Carter and Heather L. Miller (Richard A. Miller); his grandsons, Grayson, Chase, Logan, Colman and Barrett Miller; and his sister Beverlie Fassnidge O'Dell.
