She was predeceased by : her parents, Anastacio Hernandez and Luz Corona Hernandez; her husband Fructoso Mata; and her siblings, Samuel Corona, Rosa Juare and San Juana "Juanita" Alvear.
She is survived by : her children, Viola Montemayor (Xavier), Reynaldo Mata (Hortencia), Elizabeth Lerma (Armando) and Monica De La Fuente (Santiago De La); and her sister Maria Gaytan. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
