She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Nelson and Jean Nelson; and her brother Fred Nelson (Fritz). She is survived by : her husband Joe Wuis; her children, Renee Fonnet (Jeff), Rinda Wahmhoff (Ron) and John Wuis; her grandchildren, Josh, Zoe Fonnet, Evan, Will Wahmhoff and Hunter Blake; and her sister-in-law JoDee Nelson.
In remembrance of Carol's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to Sea Turtle Inc., 6617 Padre Blvd. P.O. Box 3987 South Padre Island.
