He was predeceased by : his father Armando; his wife Merry Lucio; his son Edelmiro Lucio Jr.; his siblings, Omar Lucio, Arminda Garcia and Alberto Lucio; and his father Tom Pencelli.
He is survived by : his daughters, Melissa Quintero (Frank) of Houston, Christine Rivera (Albert) of Houston and Gina Harris (Jonathan); his daughter-in-law Margie Lucio; his grandchildren, Adrianna Rivera, Valerie Rivera, Vincent Rivera, Edelmiro Lucio III, Andres Lucio, Jace Harris, Gianna Harris, Eva Lucio, Armando Lucio Jr., Odilia Gallegos and Alicia Muniz; and his close friend Celeste Sanchez. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces, relatives and friends.
