He is survived by : his daughter Velma Hernandez; his granddaughter Aja Marie Arias; his daughter Melissa Hernandez; his granddaughter Natalie Rose Villarreal; his children, Hilda Aguirre (Mario Aguirre), Mario Matthew, Meagan Aguirre and Joanne Castillo; his grandchildren, Savannah and Samara Castillo; and his brothers, Miguel, Antonio and Ramiro Hernandez.
