She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesus Garcia and Enriqueta Garcia; and her siblings, Alicia and Jesse. She is survived by : her husband Arthur Tidwell; her stepchildren, Wesley and Laurel; her son-in-law Scott Faciane; her grandchildren, Grace Faciane and William Elias; and her brother Henry Garcia (Marcela). She is also survived by her husband, children.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made, dedicated to Libby Tidwell, to The Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
