She was predeceased by: her parents, Matea Gomez and Anastacio Gomez; her husband Margarito Briones; her siblings, Guillermo Gomez, Maria of Jesus Longoria, Canuta Perez and Ricardo Gomez; and her granddaughter Patricia Escobedo.
She is survived by: her sisters, Hilaria Servantes (Jose), Olivia Robles and Gumecinda Gomez; and her children, Juan Briones (Oralia), Ester Martinez (Joe), Elva Briones, Jorge Briones (Elizabeth), Elma Tipton (Mike), Joel Briones and Elisa Gil (Michael). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, and numerous godchildren.
