Alma Butts Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2025, at the age of 93, Alma Butts in San Diego, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Samuel and Viola Dorcus Fly (Jones); her husband Charles Eugene "Gene" Butts; her son-in-law Larry Deiotte; and her half-brothers, Fay Sample, Lonnie Sample, Alvin Sample and Roy Sample.
She is survived by: her children, David Leon Butts (Claire) of Kerrville, TX, James Timothy Butts (Judy) of China Spring, TX and Mary Lugene Deiotte (Butts) of Valley Mills, TX; her grandchildren, Allison Green (Jeremy) of Kerrville, TX, Brian Butts (Aubrey) of Franklin, TN and Brennan Butts of Austin, TX; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Ariel, Myca and Beckett.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Cemetery.
