He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carlos Montemayor and Dominga Montemayor; his daughter Ann Liza Waldrop; his siblings, Adolfo, Ruben Montemayor, Zenaida Montemayor, Margarita Vela and Irma Montemayor; his wife Maria H. "Minnie" Montemayor; his sons, Carlos Rene Montemayor and Arnoldo Montemayor (Tina); and his brother Jerry Montemayor (Sherry). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, and nephews.
